1 Introduction & Eligibility

Welcome to Mostpely. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Mostpely platform and all its services. By registering on Mostpely or using any of our services, you are considered to have read and accepted these Terms in full.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mostpely's services. Any form of betting, gaming, or financial activity on Mostpely is strictly prohibited for minors. Mostpely may request a valid ID or other documents for age verification at any time.

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh. Before using Mostpely's services, please ensure that online betting and gaming is legally permitted in your jurisdiction.

2 Account Registration & Usage

To use Mostpely's services, you must first create a personal account. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false or fabricated information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Important account rules:

• Each person may hold only one Mostpely account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• Keep your account login details strictly confidential. Never share your password with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact Mostpely support immediately.
• Keep the mobile number and email address you registered with active at all times — all important notifications will be sent to these contacts.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is not allowed.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

Mostpely currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added in the future. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 200 (two hundred taka).
• The maximum deposit amount must fall within the set limit per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payment numbers are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Mostpely account within 5 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Once a deposit has been completed, it cannot be reversed.

Mostpely does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider (bKash/Nagad) may apply their own charges — this is entirely subject to their own policies.

4 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawing from Mostpely is fast and straightforward. Funds typically arrive in your mobile banking account within 3 minutes of your request. Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment number used for the deposit.
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before a withdrawal can be processed.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (see the Bonus section for details).
• A maximum daily withdrawal limit applies — VIP members are entitled to a higher limit.
• Mostpely reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal request in cases of suspicious activity or fraud.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Mostpely regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for its members. Each bonus offer comes with its own terms and conditions, but the following general rules always apply:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• To withdraw bonus winnings, you are generally required to wager between 15 and 30 times the bonus amount (the wagering requirement).
• Claiming the same promotion more than once or using multiple accounts to collect bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus offers have a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once the offer expires.
• Mostpely reserves the right to modify or cancel any existing bonus offer at any time.
• Wagering requirements for casino and Sports Betting bonuses may differ.

6 Betting Rules & Restrictions

All betting activity on Mostpely is governed by the rules below. Please read them carefully before placing any bets:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Mostpely reserves the right to change the odds for any match or event at any time.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bets may be voided.
• If match-fixing or betting fraud is confirmed, all related bets will be voided and the account will be closed.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting — make your decisions wisely.
• Maximum bet amount and winning limits are set individually for each event.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

• Attempting to fix matches or hack the betting system.
• Confirmed to be a minor.
• Engaging in money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

If fraud is proven at the time of account termination, the balance may be forfeited. For terminations made on legitimate grounds, any remaining valid balance will be returned.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact Mostpely's customer support first. Our support team operates 24/7 and provides assistance in Bengali.

• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of receiving your complaint.
• Complex issues will be resolved within a maximum of 7 business days.
• In any dispute regarding betting outcomes, Mostpely's system logs will serve as the final and definitive record.
• Before pursuing any legal action, you must first attempt to resolve the matter directly with Mostpely.

11 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Mostpely reserves the right to partially or fully update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via your registered mobile number or email and reflected on the website.
